Scope Analysis: The project consisted of a tenant fit-up for a new quick-service restaurant in an existing shell building (Midtown East) in Raleigh, NC. The completed project included the construction of a central open ceiling, commercial kitchen, including equipment, restrooms, lobby, and related backrooms.

Scope Analysis: The project consisted of the construction of a new 3,500-sf free-standing restaurant. The completed project included thru-wall smoker units and an extensive interior wood trim package.

Project: Carolina Ale House

Scope Analysis: The project consisted of the demolition of a Pine State Creamery building, initially built by Davidson and Jones Construction in 1968, to construct a new multi-level 35,401-sf restaurant, with a 7,539-sf first common area and an additional restaurant.

Project: Lowes Food Store and Shopping Plaza (Morganton Park Shopping Center)

Scope Analysis: The project consisted of the new construction of a mid-sized retail shopping center to include a 48,930-sf Lowes Foods Store accompanied with an anchor tenant to include 7,700-sf of retail space. The shopping center also included two retail buildings that comprised 7,027-sf each, and a gas island with six two-sided fueling stations.

Project: Target

Scope Analysis: The project consisted of a renovation of a 1960’s vintage bowling alley into a new urban Target retail and grocery market. The completed project consisted of a new exterior skin and installation of elevators and escalators. This project is located directly across from the main campus of NC State University.
