Scope Analysis: The project consisted of the new construction of a single-story building addition (6,259-sf) and a sanctuary (4,360-sf) that seats 280 worshipers. The building addition consisted of a new lobby area, communal gathering space, offices, an elevator, and a storage room. The sanctuary included a multi-purpose room and a new mechanical room.

Scope Analysis: The project consisted of a 7-story, 87-foot-tall Rajagopuram (monumental tower entrance) to the Sri Venkateswara Temple in Cary, NC. The Rajagopuram entrance tower is a symbolic religious temple for the Hindu faith that attracts worshipers near and far. Skilled craftsmen and artisans handcrafted the concrete moldings that make up the exterior façade. The Rajagopuram entrance tower is considered a notable landmark and staple in the community for many Hindu believers. The Rajagopuram entrance tower is regarded as one of the tallest structures in Cary, NC.
