Scope Analysis: The project scope consisted of the new construction of a 16,793-sf Caliber Collision Center automotive repair center to include all site and utility work. The project work scope for building construction included a pre-engineered building shell, paint booths, office & lobby space, restrooms, detail shop, breakroom, fire suppression, fire alarm, and all MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems.
