Scope Analysis: The completed project consisted of the new construction of a 5-story, 64,154-sf, 112-guest room unit hotel building. The Hampton Inn – Smithfield project included all site work and site utilities, indoor pool, fitness room, meeting room, breakfast/pantry area, and outdoor space for hotel guests.
