Location: Durham, NC
Scope Analysis: The project consisted of the construction of an owner-occupied 18,000-sf, 2-story office building in Durham, NC. This project won a Silver Award for the many green building features that were incorporated into the project. Some of these features were the 114 solar panel roof system, energy management system, tree root protection system, geothermal heating and cooling, cistern irrigation system, and electric vehicle parking stations.
