Scope Analysis: The project consisted of the construction of a new 8-story, 154-unit student housing dormitory building. The completed project included 2-bedroom studio units with barbeque pits, tanning beds, a business center, clubhouse, bike racks, controlled building access, onsite maintenance, and full laundry facilities.
