Scope Analysis: The projects consisted of the new construction of a 75-unit assisted living apartment community totaling over 54,000-sf. The completed project included space for memory care, outpatient rehabilitation services, and respite care. Additionally, a full-service kitchen with a dining facility, a library, tearoom, game room, café, and chapel were all included as part of the completed facility.
